Educating your clients.

Buyers inspections - Rather than using scare tactics and acting as alarmists, we strive to educate the potential buyer and explain the difference between an unsafe condition and typical homeowner maintenance.

Sellers (Pre-Listing) inspections - Help prepare yourself or your client by reporting issues that the buyer's inspector would report on or prepare an owner on items to be addressed. This includes a transfer of insurance documents into the buyers name at no additional cost.

Moisture intrusion inspections - we use infrared cameras to help our clients maintain a watertight envelope around their investment.

New Construction inspections - Your own inspector performs a detailed inspection prior the final walk-through. We also offer two phase inspections, one being performed pre-drywall and one at or prior to the final walk-through.

Sewer Scoping - To confirm the condition and look for potential cast iron piping issues of homes built in and prior to 1973.
